Community Housing Transformation Centre: RentSmart

The Community Housing Transformation Centre (CHTC) is a non-profit organization that works to make community housing a key part of Canada’s housing system.

RentSmart is a program offered by the Centre that is designed to support more stable tenancies. The program trains community educators and provides them with the skills and tools to empower tenants.
