2024 Neuroinclusivity in Housing Event
In November 2024, the Sinneave Family Foundation and the Accessibility Institute at Carleton University co-hosted a 2-day hybrid event focused on neuroinclusivity in housing. More than 90 people attended in person and online, bringing together people from across the housing ecosystem.
The event aimed to help attendees:
- Recognize the elements of neuroinclusivity in housing that are important to consider when planning housing for Autistic and other neurodivergent people.
- Build connections between the information shared, their own work, and other people and organizations in the housing ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities to take individual and collective action to improve housing outcomes for Autistic and other neurodivergent people.
Note: This event was held in English. Event materials and videos are available in English only.
